Descrizione

For reproducible protein purification, separating polysaccharides, macromolecules with extended structures and small plasmids

Aids in preparative separation of biomolecules from up to 5mL (for 16mm column I.D.) and 13mL (for 26mm column I.D.).

  • Provides maximum recovery and minimum nonspecific adsorption with long-term chemical and physical stability
  • Prepacked columns for use with AKTAdesign™ or other pumped chromatography systems
  • Available in two different prepacked column sizes - 16 x 600mm (120mL) and 26 x 60mm (320mL)
  • Maximum pressure (over packed bed during operation) is 1.5 bar (22psi)
