Optimized to purify DNA and sequencing set up reactions quickly, efficiently and reliably. illustra™ ExoProStar DNA and Sequence Reaction Clean-up combines enzymatic PCR clean up technology with illustra Exonuclease I and Alkaline Phosphatase to remove unincorporated primers and dNTPs.

Enzymes optimized to work together for high efficiency removal of unincorporated primers and dNTPs. Enzymes provided in two separate tubes, just two simple pipetting steps are needed to prepare the reaction.
