Conveniently prepare water samples when isolating and enumerating Legionella species according to DIN EN ISO 11731 water quality testing specifications using Thermo Scientific™ Legionella Acid Buffer Solution.

Legionella Acid Buffer Solution provides the convenience of a prepared, sterile solution for use in the process of identifying Legionella species in water containing high background flora and meets DIN EN ISO 11731 specifications.

• Easy measurement: 50mL gradations allow for easy measurement of the remaining content

Bottles have a tamper-proof seal. If undamaged, the seal, with a heat-shrink band over the cap and neck, guarantees the sterility of the product. The tamper-proof seal is easy to remove using the red, micro-perforated tear strip.

The acid buffer solution is produced in an aseptic manufacturing process and is designated as a sterile product according to DIN EN ISO 15233-1:2013-02. The shelf life is, therefore, longer than the specifications set forth in the standard. The minimum proven, guaranteed shelf life is three years from the production date. See label for expiration date. Use the acid buffer solution within four weeks of opening the bottle and keep free of contamination.
