Extrudes ice flakes at a temperature just below zero degrees. Scotsman™ Ice Flaker with Storage bin can produce up to 70kg of flake per day and holds up to 25kg of storage. Flakes contain 25% residual water content and is stored inside an insulated, plastic lined containment bin with front opening for easy access.

Ice flakes are extruded at a temperature just below zero degrees and contain 25% residual water content. The flake ice is stored inside an insulated, plastic lined storage bin with front opening for easy access. Electrical supply 230V/50Hz.
  • Up to 70kg (154 lbs.) of flake ice production per day
  • Up to 25kg (55 lbs.) built-in ice storage
  • Pressure-based water level monitoring system may work with demineralised water as well as with standard tap water
  • Electronically controlled operation, with self-diagnostic functions with external alarm lights providing operational information for early alert and fast diagnosis of operating issues
  • Plug-n-play configuration right out of the box - just connect incoming water line and water discharge
  • External components constructed from corrosion-resistant stainless steel, crafted for optimal aesthetic appeal through superior fit and finish
  • Ergonomically convenient, slanted & disappearing storage bin door
  • Front access for easier maintenance
  • Front-in, front-out airflow allows for built-in installations
  • CFC-free R-134a refrigerant
