  • On some BD instruments, BD CS&T beads are also used for adjusting detector voltages.
  • Suspension of fluorospheres with uniform and stable size and fluorescence intensity.
  • Used for instrument quality control (QC) to characterize, track, and report performance measurements of supported flow cytometers.
  • Dyed with fluorochromes that are excited by the cytometer's lasers.
