Complete the form to request an item that’s not currently available through the Fisher Scientific channel and attach any supporting documents, such as specifications.

If you need more than five items, please compile the necessary information, including supplier contact information and data, in one document and attach it. You’ll receive an email from us as soon as the items are available for purchase.

Please note, this form is for new item requests only. To place an order, return to your purchasing platform or Fisher Scientific punchout.

Before you place your request, please make sure the items are not already available to you through one of those platforms. If your requested items are currently available through the Fisher Scientific channel, we will reject your request and provide you with the corresponding product codes.
